COOK CALIFORNIA FRESH
COOKING California FRESH means stepping out on the edge! In this class you will produce a variety of contemporary dishes; sauces (some are vegan), raw salads, roasted vegetables and clean proteins.
You will leave with a better understanding of what eating whole means, and how to include more plant based cooking into your daily eating.
This is a hands-on class- get in on as much as you want- or stand near the stove and just take it all in.
We provide the fresh foods, aprons, recipes, equipped kitchen and instruction- you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice. Together we will make some terrific foods and enjoy a taste of all.
Menus are seasonally inspired and locally source whenever possible. Space is limited. Registration is necessary.
Things To Know About Our Classes
All classes are for students age 18 or over, unless noted.
Classes are hands-on - to enable all participants to cook.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have hair tied back (men & women), and avoid loose clothing.
You will enjoy a generous taste of each item prepared.
Classes are limited (8-10 students) and last approximately 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to future cooking events-as long as you cancel 24 hours before the event.
Participation in a hands-on class places you in a typical cooking environment with inherent risk. By registering for a cooking event you agree to release the staff, employees and contractors, from all liability arising from direct or indirect damages or injury.
We reserve the right to substitute menu items and ingredients due to availability.
As a participant, you agree to be photographed or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional material.
GG reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop for any reason and will notify participants ASAP to reschedule.
