Join us for a fun and creative class cooking the
cuisine of Italy!
Join together with friends and try your hand at making pasta from scratch! We will make our volcano of flour add our local eggs and mix up a batch of fresh dough to then run through our Italian pasta cutter!
We create fresh sauces to toss your ravioli and fettuccine with, add a bit of dessert and wah-la... dinner!

We provide the fresh foods, aprons, recipes, equipped kitchen and instruction- you are welcome to bring your beverage of choice. Together we make some terrific foods!
Menus are seasonally inspired and locally source whenever possible.
Space is limited. Tickets are sold in advance only, and are not available at the door.
Things To Know About Our Classes
All classes are for students age 18 or over, unless noted.
Classes are hands-on - to enable all participants to cook.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back (men & women).
You will enjoy a generous taste of each item prepared
Classes are limited (8-10 students). and last from 2.5 hours unless otherwise noted.
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to future UNCork events or persons-as long as you cancel 24 hours before the event.
Participation in a hands-on class places you in a typical cooking environment with inherent risk. By registering for a cooking event you agree to release the staff, employees and contractors, from all liability arising from direct or indirect damages or injury.
We reserve the right to substitute menu items and ingredients due to availability.
As a participant, you agree to be photographed or filmed and give permission to use your likeness in promotional material.
