The Winter cooking class schedule is coming together...
We are hosting a 3-part cooking series- held consecutive Tuesday evenings,where each class will build on the previous one-see details below.
We will be adding a NABC class (this was popular the first season)... Not Another Boring Chicken - in this class you will make merry with the ubiquitous skin less, bone less chicken breast -believe me you won’t recognized it when you are done! This will be a 1/2 day (4 hour) SATURDAY class.
Don’t miss the Girls Night Out and UNCork classes -weeknights.
Look for the NEW YEAR- NEW FLAVORS classes- cooking with the use of add-ins, sauce starters, shortcuts, switch outs and more that will shake up your everyday fare.

CONFIDENT COOKING - THREE - PART SERIES

Become the confident cook you’ve always wanted to be—join us for this three-part series and master a variety of skills for kitchen success. Each class session is 3 hours. Course is $120.00 p/person for entire 3 part series. Registration necessary.
In this mini culinary-school you’ll learn how to create dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Whether you’re a beginner or simply looking to expand your culinary repertoire, our staff will teach you several essentials for creating real food meals from scratch. Session 1: Building a Foundation Work alongside classmates honing knife skills as we prep a variety of fresh produce. You will practice techniques for sautéing, braising, cooking with wine and quick baking from scratch. Session 2: Expanding Your Repertoire In this class, you’ll move into practicing roasting, searing and creating pan sauces and vinaigrettes.
Session 3: Advanced Techniques In our final session, we’ll build on the skills you’ve learned. Our instructor will share tips for creating handmade pasta and cooking it to perfection. Plus, you’ll practice cooking seafood, making a creamy pureed sauce and creating an amazing Flourless Chocolate Torte, all of which you can re-create at home.
We provide all the fresh foods, aprons, recipes, equipped kitchen and instruction-BYOB. Seats are limited. Registration necessary.
