Course is $150.00 p/person for series. Registration necessary.
In this series you will master a variety of skills to become more confident and get more comfortable around the stove. Whether you’re a beginner or simply looking to expand your culinary repertoire, you will gain skill in several
techniques and processes.
Session 1: Building a Foundation -
Hone knife skills, execute stove top sauteing, braising,cooking with wine/stocks and quick baking from scratch.
Session 2: Expanding Your Repertoire -
Work with proteins- roasting, searing and creating pan sauces, glazes and a a duo of dependable sides.
Session 3: Bringing it together -
Explore Puff pastry, baking in Papillote w/vegetables and creating special desserts.
We provide all the ingredients, aprons, recipes, equipped kitchen and instruction-BYOB. Seats are limited. Registration necessary.These classes are hands-on but you can participate at your level of comfort. Detailed agenda and class description will be sent, once you have registered.
